So here is the idea so far:
I have limited myself to my Book in a Box kits to take on our travels of which I have 5 different types.
Each Book kit is going to have its own filing box.
All the cut and punched pages, back and front covers are going to be stored in here. When I need to make up more stocks of that type of book the box will come out and I will lay all the papers out ready to compile. I usually put around 12 new books together at a time. I could take the pages from the box as I go but I have a double bed as a short term work surface so I will have room. There are usually about 22 different stacks of paper for each book.
There are still lots of details to work out so luckily the O & M manager is on the case and a flow chart is on the way.
